I have started a diet and was needing some help with the breakfast side of things. For lunch I am eating salads with chicken and for supper i eat grilled chicken brocc and green beans. What is left over is eaten as a snack the next day. My problem is with breakfast. I get up at 5 to be at work by 6. So i really dont have time to cook anything. What are some ideas you guys have that i could eat and still feel full for a little while? I have thought about oatmeal but wasnt sure.
