In a few months I'll need to shave a little bf off after bulking all winter. I've done UD 2.0 and plan on doing it again but the only problem I had was constipation. I know this isn't anything new but I was wondering what the trick is to have regular, comfortable bowel movements. I've tried Psyllum Husk and Metamucil and all these do is add bulk- making my stool even larger, drier and harder to pass. I was wondering if Grapefruit fiber would work. I know that when I eat a grapefruit, I softens things quite a bit and makes my movement much easier to pass. I also tried Mineral Oil which lubed the track but made me concerned about affecting absorbtion of nutrients due to it lining my intestines/bowels. ANY help would be appreciated!!!
