Hows my Keto diet look...currently on day 2
Meal 1- 3 brown eggs 2 pieces of bacon
-cal 314, fat 22.5g, carbs 3g, protein 23.5g-
Meal 2- protein shake w/ natural peanut butter (1+1/2whey, 1+1/2 tbl of pb)
-cal 322, fat 13.5g, carbs 9.7g, protein 41.5g-
Meal 3- 1 can Tuna w/ 1 cheese stick
-cal 170, fat 5g, carb 1g, protein 30g-
Meal 4- protein shake w/ natural peanut butter (1+1/2whey, 1+1/2 tbl of pb)
-cal 322, fat 13.5g, carbs 9.7g, protein 41.5g- (PWO SHAKE w/ 10g of creatine)
Meal 5- 7oz steak with salad(lettuce+cucumbers+olive oil vinegar)
-cal 484, fat 23.4g, carb4g, protein 62.7g-
Meal 6-protein shake w/ natural peanut butter (1+1/2whey, 1+1/2 tbl of pb)
-cal 322, fat 13.5g, carbs 9.7g, protein 41.5g-
Totals -Cal 1934, Fat 91.4g, Carbs 37.1g, Protein 240.7g
*all meals w/ water also sometimes will substitute pb or cheese with almunds
hows this diet look?

I would sub the cheese stick with some almonds. But that is just personal preference. I think it looks good, similar to mine as it looks based around Dave Palumbo's diet.

yea actually thats exactly whats its based upon just a little mixing of my own in there
i forgot to add the calories from mayonase to the tuna so add another 80 to 90 cals
also why would u sub the almonds for the cheese?
anyone elses opinions on this diet...thanks

Just preference. Almonds are a little more fatty too if I remember right. I also use Species Mac Oil to cook my eggs in. The fat doesnt cook out of it like olive oil.

i might add in a ec stack a month in but thats only if im slowing down in results but dont really plan to

You should be in Ketosis with under 40g, but I usually stay closer to 30g. Everyone is different though.

plus it looks as if your counting fiber as carbs, and if thats so, you in reality have less then that.

in regards to the natural peanut butter i got its jiff and then i looked at my regular jiff at home and the nutrition label is the exact same thing down to a T...so what gives with this?

How much do you weigh? Use 1.5g pro per pound of LBM. Use this to determine the number of calories from protein. Then, take this number and divide by 9 to get the number of fat calories. The diet should be set up as a 1:1 calorie ratio of protein to fat. If at any time your weight plateaus, drop your fats down.
