    Sprint Interval Training (IS) a great way to shed fat; however, it is not the only way. Sprint Aquatic Lap Intervals will have you revved up (AND) is a great way to reduce knee stress. Mix them and you will be good to go in no time (as long as the other 90% is legit - - - NUTRITION!).
