    I'm not really one for having a set routine but there are those days where I'm like f#(k it I'm just gonna squat and I'll do like 10+ sets on one lift

    I do all of my compound work based off of percentages. So am I supposed to do by 10 rep max in my 5 rep max or 70 to 85% of my 1rep max max for this routine?
    It's easy, just lift heavy!
