    Bro thisll hurt your knees bro! Load the bar up and go down half an inch for best optimal bro growth.

    Saw some guy at the gym, large dude. Commented on my squat form. Said I had ry great form and went below parallel. But I saw him load up the bar and go down half an inch :O wut. If you know what good form is why not use it.
