    Yeah really. Train 5-6 days/wk with high intensity and you can have a cheat meal every day PWO.

    I plan to do just that later tonight.

    How do people live like this....its called a cheat meal for a reason!

    A legit cheat meal is good..bumps the metabolic rate forsure.
