    Agreed! Good points to ponder and mix with one's routines. Looks like I've been falling victim to not enough sets, especially on legs.

    I have to disagree about the paired sets for mass. Look at German volume training. That's for mass, paired sets, with minimal rest (90 seconds) and it works.
