    I'd rather see how much effect it had on a regular back squat, as opposed to the leg press.

    10 grams, twice a day?!! Most green tea capsules are in the 500 milligram range. That would be 40 pills a day!! 100 capsule bottle would last 2 1/2 days! How much green tea would you have to drink to be the equivalent?!!

    Read the article again. It's 10 grams of green tea powder, ie green tea, not 10 grams of green tea extract!

    This article has " resurfaced" on am. It was first published a few months ago. And because im Brazilian I took a particular interest on this research. They drank a green tea powdered drink, containing 189mg polyphenols and apprix 27 g of caffeine. The capsule extracts are usually 500mg indeed but its standard around 80_90% polyphenols and 50% egcg so caps are much stronger. Also good to mention, taking from other researchers green tea is most effective when taken with caffeine
