Dips are where it's at! Never heard of the last two, but, going to start with the parallel dips next week.

Dips are my favorite chest exercise but I have been on hiatus with them after doing them weightes for some led to some very intense soreness in my sternum. It seems like the better I get at chest mind muscle control the worse the problem gets. Machine dips facing the pad is a crap replacement for me. I've heard that it is a cartlidge softness issue that may solve itself over time. Man I miss dips

I agree, I used to love dips but now when I do them I feel like my sternum is going to crack open. So I don't do them anymore. It has gradually gotten worse over the years when I attempt to do them.
