The formula was changed. If the first ingrediant on the label is Trimethylglycine then its the original formual. If the first ingrediant is Creatine Monohydrate then its the new formula and NO its not as strong.

This is a nice result for DS given the extortion-like tactics it was exposed to. Technically the case was discontinued by the plaintiff and his attorneys, rather than "dismissed" by the court, once the lab report showing that plaintiff's allegations were baseless came to light. In my mind this raises the question of whether plaintiff and his attorneys ever had any good faith basis to bring this case in the first place. Didn't they have positive lab tests in hand before they started harassing DS? Supplement companies really take a beating these days. And of course who do you think the costs of this sort of thing is going to be passed onto?
