    Pretty good 101 on the protein choices. Still more a fan of whole foods.

    ? Just buy BCAA's for cheap and eat a good amount of whole food protein. Whole foods are cheaper

    Protein powders are unnecessary and expensive. Most people consume entirely too much protein daily, but thats what these fitness sites want you to do so you will buy it!!
