    i think we have a typo here, and the source has it as well... Or is lower case Leucine different than uppercase luecine?

    I believe it should say "Gluten - a protein that athletes..." since that is what wheat protein is. I still wouldn't have it, since gluten is allergenic to like 20% of the population. I'm one of them.
