    Heh, nice. That's exactly how I do all my pull downs. I lean back. Although, I hold my breathe through the whole motion of pull and bring back. Then deep inhale again and follow through the next rep. It keeps the core nice and tight and helps focus the energy through the whole motion. But it's not for everyone.
