    Love it. I desperately need this for pullups as I never really feel pronated grip pullups in my back, just my arms and shoulders.

    What with all that fancy **** ?? what happen to the old fashion school training that build traps that come to your ears ... undeveloped traps is like any other body part that needs good old fashion work!!!
