    10 lbs muscle gain from creatine in a few weeks... From experienced lifters? Get real lol. Creatines killer. But thats even better than steroid.

    Dosages were a bit off. 25g of creatine pre and post workout? I don't think so

    I beleive it meant 2-5 g. For some reasons commas and hyphens always get omitted from these articles. I may ne wrong. But im basing that on 1 it makes sense and 2 you gotta have a drug dealer scale to measure ur creatine if its a quarter gram lol

    Quite comprehensive list. And yes the hyphens are gone. So dosages arent as high as mentioned.

    Just to point out lacking coconut oil that provides healthy medium chain triglys for immune system and testosterone production

    boswellic acid from boswellia that helps asthma sufferes as well as improve immune system too

    ursolic acid which helps body recomposition keeping body in an anabolic state and keeps the fat off during excessive eating.

    Another absolutely worthless article. This is the same guy who almost published the Xtend study. Just goes to show $$ can make a PhD say anything
