Why is this categorized as men's health when many of these refer specifically to women? Further, to say that fats are not fuel for workouts is inaccurate. Fats are a much more efficient fuel source for the body than carbohydrates.

Terrrible article. It's pretty much advocating not eating fruits and saying it's ok to drink diet soda and soda.

^But fats are only primarily utilized as fuel once the body has entered a ketogenic state, which is a particularly inefficient process in and of itself.

#24 contradicts #20.
The same rule applies for diet sodas as it does for zero cal chips.

Terrible article. So she is saying if your Ketogenic, then your muscles can function fine but your brain shuts down? I have trained without carbs for an extended period of time and there is no difference in muscle fuel. I'm lifting weights not running a marathon I don't need carbs.

Awesome blog post. This is what I am perfectly looking for. I'm not that fat but I want to know what are the factors and some considerations of being fat. I was impressed with your post and I love reading it.
