    Very interesting. Wouldve been much better if they had added 2 more groups tho. One for the top 50 percent (providing a hard peak contraction but very mild stretch) and another group for the bottom 50 percent (providing max stretch but a mild overall contraction). Would shed light into why/if everyones beloved 21's were as effective as most beleive.
