    Good article. What rest periods do they recommend between these max-singles? 3-5 minutes for ATP-CP recovery?

    Good read... I'm kind of bummed he never mentioned the true Bulgarian method. Try maxing on full clean or snatches, power cleans or snatches, and front or back squats everyday, three times a day. If you can walk after one week without drugs then you truly are immortal.

    Makes sense to me, just don't know if I'd ever try it....if i did, it would certainly be alongside a quick cycle to start(2-3 week low dose) then through pct and beyond to make it stick.
