    I love this read !! so true so basic and it hits home with all the crazy articles about using everything fancy but the the old fashioned training!!

    Agreed! This is just the bare bones power/strength routine that made me fall in love with dead lifts! Good read to revisit!
    It's easy, just lift heavy!
