    DOMS aint no joke! Nice article. One thing for sure, if you don't feel no pain then best believe your time was wasted. You there or wherever you workout for a reason. Shut up and train! Stay off the phone ppl:rasp:

    Muscle DOMS isn't a thing of the past. A few gpp sessions strategically placed and going until you puke usually makes it easy to make walking hard. Good post though.
