    This is a great article Team Flex and i do agree with most of the sections but I have to disagree with number 11. I'm a vegetarian not a vegan but there are alternatives other than animals that pack a better protein punch than livestock. I workout on the regular and without the meat and get great results. Not knocking the carnivores but soy based products like veggie chicken, veggie steak and good ole vegetables reap me with some damn great results! One love!
