    Disagree with alcohol as it is a CNS depressant and will knock you out cold if you drink enough.

    B complex besides b-5 and b-6 wake me up so I disagree with that.

    Napping in between workouts should be less than 45 minutes or greater than 3 hours. Ever try to wake up after a 90 min nap? You will be extremely groggy.

    For morning alarms I recommend an app called sleep cycle which follows your circadian rhythm and attempts to wake you up softly at the ideal time within a 30 min window
