I am Lifting this way because of my arthritis. After lifting heavy for years, I Was convinced by a few pros at my gym to try light weight and high reps. it was a big switch for me from 4x6. Now doing 3x15-20. Size is coming and My endurance is noticeably increasing as well. I increase weight slightly every few weeks. It takes some getting used to, or it did for me.

Lift the fücking weight from the floor, or leave it on the ground. The thoughts are supposed to be daunting. The pain is meant to be tormenting.
