    So, its not really "Skipping breakfast". because most ppl try not to eat past 6pm anyway. And if it's a 12-14 hour break... breakfast is happens to be the in the right time block.
    But for the PPL that wake up 12am hungry its good to wait for lunch. Gotcha

    IF uses a 16 hour fast and is suuposed to be great, how can that be? What about if once you hit the 12-14 hour mark you start taking in some BCAAs i think taht woudl continue the benefits of the fast
