    Ok, so the article told us nothing and only asked additional questions. Oh, unless we are fat and probably have a poor diet and lacking nutrition to begin with.

    I thought it was a good read. I thought too much vitamin was bad. How much is too much?

    You can't really take too much vitamin D or vitamins in general. Your body takes what it can and passes the rest.

    Let me edit this by saying you can take too much if you are mega dosing fat soluble ones- but you really have to be going overboard.

    Kisaj,

    You won't get toxicity from mega-dosing vitamin D, but it still produces unfavorable effects.

    The article is terrible and is essentially lying to consumers (they blatantly omit figures showing the negative effects on body composition).
