This is a pretty good point though... I don't care if I'm late to work I'm not skipping breakfast... Love being on salary. 3 egg whites 3 whole eggs whole grain English muffins(need a break from oats) and a banana! Sometimes get up a bit earlier for whey before that when I do legs or back the night before. It's hard to do honestly shovel all that food down every morning but compaired to what it was like before I ate breakfast, my metabolism is higher and my muscles are fuller all the time. Screw doughnuts. Damn sprinkles are my weakness. Cake bottom or I walk

I skip breakfast now and feel better(dietary reasons). I get the point of the article though.

I eat breakfast only on weekends. I just can't eat early morning. I never could. And now when I am 39 years old, and I competed for the last 3 years in Bodybuilding Shows, I can honestly say that idea about breakfast being a most important meal of the day is dumb! I never have been fat in my life. 11-12% of body fat in my worst day. But again, Bodybuilding is part of my life for more than 23 years :)
