The reality is Serge Nubret relied on steroids, as did all of the' Golden Era' 'legends. Its a sad reality of bodybuilding, no drugs, no legends.

I heard Serge loved his horse meat, maybe that's the key to his awesome body.

"No sir, he never used steroids. His 20" arms just came from eating all his vegetables." Get out of here if you'r going to write garbage like this. It's one thing to conveniently "forget" to mention his usage as one of the cornerstones to a physique like that, but it's downright wrong to mislead the naive into thinking that's natural. You want a supraphysiological body, you need supraphysiological hormones. It's just science.

Ive never understood why a MAN would lift weights and NOT want to get stronger but just want to look nice?....John Grimek looked great whilst being bull strong as did Reg Park,Marvin Eder and many many more,so why would someone (a MAN,especially) decide to abandon the very useful and functional effect Weightlifting in order to just 'look nice'.Looking good is a very noble goal but so should a good balance of strength surely??...unless all the Estrogen mimickers in our food, water and environment are effecting Mans thought processes as well as his Testosterone levels.

I have to agree with most of the comments here. I don't think a physique like Serge's is possible with normal hormone levels...

I do like the training style though! (at least with less volume and/or when on cycle)
