    **** this study. I'm going back to school this week and planned on pan frying 1lb of red meat a day. Apparently I'll get all kinds of cancer now

    Just cook it on low heat (steamed in a pan) and/or boil your meat. Works for me.

    Everything causes cancer in California. If they did the study elsewhere we wouldnt be reading this article.

    Yep low and slow is best method for cooking meat. Recently read an article that said if consume with high antioxidant fruits/veggies it cancelled out a ton of the negative effects of the carcinogens. Hmmmm paleo?
