    Decent article. I love cooking with ginger but tend to shy away because of sugars. I wonder if it would have the same effect.

    Certainly not enough for me to be bugging out, right? It sounded silly as I was writing it. It is an acquired taste.. I dig it. even mentioned in the article the subjects had to build into it.

    Im Hungarian. But I do make a damn good ginger sesame tuna steak and homemade wasabi mayo. <--Clean mayo, mind you.
