GEEEEE .... nothing new on your read basicaly worthless . I am a strength athlete and when you talking about aquaring a lot of muscle for women you talking about a field that you not very familiar . So many things go into getting that muscle , as a woman that you missed the whole point on this article. There is so much going into getting a woman muscular without drugs that is very hard !
Anyway sure you get stronger if you get more muscle DUH
