    Great info. How do you develop the upper tricep? I've got the long head covered but lack the upper tri. Kind of the opposite of the guy in the picture.

    Anything involving elbow extenstion will activate all heads of the triceps. How your tricep turns out all depends on genetics. The best exercise to do is the one that gives you the least stress on the elbow joint. Do not forget that YES overhead movements and chest presses and dips all activate the triceps as well. The problem is they are way overworked and people are doing too much weight and at bad angles which put the stress on the joint. Keep the weight light, do high reps. I find Rope pull downs or overs are the best idea for over all growth and safety. Like I said before you are also getting in extra work from other exercises. Don't over work them! I do one isolated set a week for triceps and yes they do grow and yes all heads show well.
