    Your body wont 'canabalize it's muscles' if you miss a meal. Research intermittent fasting. Your body can go more than 24 hours without food and still not break down muscle for energy. This isn't an opinion, there have been many studies to prove this.

    He lost me at starting at 9 kcal per pound of body weight. Seriously...

    Then he talked about losing 30lbs in two weeks. This is why so many people fail.

    Do people really still believe this meal timing propaganda bull ****. The human body isn't a machine on a schedule give me a break and if u miss one meal u go catabolic. This is the BS I use to believe that made bulking miserable.
