Can this guy sound anymore like a meat-head? Seriously, people who work behind computers are "sissys"? Wow, sorry if we need to make a living pal. Get a life you tool.

What person that works out regularly doesn't OHP? I seriously don't remember a single program that doesn't have them in it. It sounds like a made up myth. I sit at a computer all day. Do you even do working sets with your body weight yet?

There was a "time" when people realised the internet wasn't a purely "American" thing.

A good read, thank you. Many people don't do the assistance work, including me when I was young, very important!

Sure I do pal. Like Vengeance187 says, pretty much everyone does OHP, either with dumbbell, barbell, or machine. In fact, I do dumbbell press and regularly use the Hammer Strength machines where I do 3 45 lbs plates on each side, so don't get it twisted. Just saying the guy who wrote the article shouldn't sound like a pompous meathead.

Yea this article wasn't too profound in my opinion it basically just said you should do overhead press with correct form and honestly if you didn't know that before reading then you probably are just a beginner (nothing wrong with that)
