    Since I've been taking 3-5mg of melatonin at night I've been sleeping much better. Normally it would take me 2 hours to fall asleep or more. With melatonin I'm out within 30mins most nights. A regular sleep schedule would help though. Waking up at 5am on weekdays and 9am on weekends doesn't help matters.
