    goes along well with this. If you are an exerciser more than an athlete, the break is a lot less critical. You won't get visible or noticeable muscle loss in a week, even 2. You may at 2 weeks break see some strength loss, but if you aren't an athlete thats not really all that signficant (and it comes back pretty fast anyhow)

    Yeah I'm nearing a two week mark and it may turn into 3 weeks.... :(

    So if I'm out for a month of so hopefully my motivation picks up and muscle memory will kick in too.
