Lol yeah, rule 5 throws out the idea of IF. It is also hilarious to see Men's Fitness contradict themselves on the same day, in two articles.

Well not exactly. IF does operate on nutrient timing; eg by eating a majority of your meals post workout when your body is flush with hormones.
I just found it funny that this article says to eat many small meals a day, and the 5 fitness myths article says that is bs. Both are from Men's Fitness and both published the same day. lol

It lost me at 4. I agree with fish oil but 1g per body fat % is over the top, not to mention expensive and a pain to do.
I've never agreed with fiber supplements because you should get it through your diet and if you are having to do something that can potentially cause that much gastrointestinal discomfort that has such a minute benefit, I don't see the point.
