I am 215# and 10%bf. Would like to get that number down to 8%, but at this level my muscle growth noticeably stalls. If I eat 15x my body weight in cals = 3225 cals. I know what will happen: I will add the muscle I want but will also cover it with a layer of fat that I dont. I really want to keep my abs...is there a reliable way to avoid this trap?
