    Good read I've been considering doing some Dorian Yates style training recently. After reading this maybe its not the way to go..

    hugry4more: Most research has found volume superior to high-intensity, but that doesn't mean you can insert a 2-6 week HIT period into your training schedule. Just remember to moderate the frequency and volume down as a result.
