The problem I find with this article is everytime I cheat in the morning, it just turns into a cheat day rather than just the one meal, I find it better to cheat right before bed or last MeaL of the day that way you don't get anymore chances throughout the day to cheat...just my 2 cents

Reminds me of eating heavier in the morning/breakfast which helps burn more calories throughout the day. Guess this study proves it more.

I have been following this routine for several weeks (minus the desert) and it is far easier to get thru the day .. I have been dropping fat steady since starting it .. good to know studies prove that it will work in the long run ..

oatmeal made with 1/2 cup of 1% milk, 4 egg whites/1 whole egg, slice of Swiss cheese, 3 turkey sausage links, slice of Ezekial sprouted wheat/tblspn natural peanut butter and 10 Oz of diet cranberry juice ...
