    I'm curious on the feedback about this method of training. Don't see it mentioned around AM.

    Is this like training in the partial movement between the eccentric and concentric range of motion? Like not fully extending or descending the rep?

    Ive been doing x-rep ultimate mass workout latley. I might add a few sets and the end of each using this technique and see where it gets me.

    May add some of this as a close out to my normal routine and see how I react. Always looking for something interesting to try as I'm finishing up an often leave the gym feeling I had a good workout but the need for something alil extra at the end to push it without resorting to cables and pushups blah blah blah...
