    the reverse deadlift is the winner in my opinion ;)

    I've seen the Jefferson Lift before, but never new what it was called. New a guy who swore by them for glutes, but he would thrust his hips more during the concentric.

    That Reverse Dead is lame.

    I've actually seen some people do the Jefferson Deadlift as well. It is in a couple of the old school Dinosaur and Physical Culture manuals.

    The Dinosaur Manual by Brooks Kubik? I've seen a couple of routines from that and really liked them, do you consider it worth getting?

    Its a pretty decent book.. Dont know if it is still available for purchase though (its pretty old) but you should be able to find a download link for it fairly easy. If not PM me ;)
