    It would have been nice to see a comparison where they did consecutive sets of the same exercise with minimal rest, versus a triset or circuit training group that superset exercises that work different muscle groups.I have a feeling the first would be better at building muscle mass over time, while the latter would produce a higher EPOC.

    It's a 1.1% BF loss vs. a 1.5% loss. It's statistically significant, but not a big deal IMO.

    You wouldn't be able to lift as much weight for each set. The way they did it is definitely better. I'm sure these weren't trained individuals however; starting off at 20% or more body fat.
