    Are you pitching useless propaganda like the NO2 supplement market?

    NO2 products are perception products when relating it to gaining muscle. You get the perception that it's working solely on the basis of the PUMP. The PUMP feel is a great marketing tool but beyond that N02 products do not build muscle. A great analogy is a balloon filled with helium; it will eventually lose its ability to float and will deflate. NO2 products DO HOLD merit in the endurance market.

    Is Anabolic-Pump better for bulking or cutting?

    Both! Anabolic-Pump is a SIMS (Selective Insulin Muscle sensitizer). A SIMS is a compound that delivers glucose only to muscle cells and inhibiting glucose in fat cells. Anabolic-Pump is the only SIMS on the market!

    Anabolic-Pump works like Insulin, but independent of Insulin. Insulin is an anabolic hormone that delivers glucose and amino acids into muscle cells and glucose into fat cells. In a perfect world insulin would be a compound that only delivers glucose into muscle cells. Anabolic-Pump is that perfect compound!

    Whether you’re dieting or bulking, Anabolic-Pump is a must in any nutritional strategy.

    Any nutritional strategy, How about a keto diet?


    Since Anabolic Pump works by delivering glucose to muscle cells and inhibiting glucose in fat cells, a Keto (no carbohydrates) diet is the ONLY scenario that you should not use Anabolic-Pump.

    Anabolic-Pump will possibly eliminate the need to Keto diet. If you incorporate carbohydrate re-feeds, you should incorporate Anabolic-Pump to take full advantage of muscle glycogen loading.

    How about Carb-Cycling?

    I only eat 20 grams of carbohydrates per meal. Should I use Anabolic-Pump?


    The reason you are eating 20 grams of carbohydrates per meal is to lose fat and minimize glucose uptake in fat cells. Few people enjoy eating 20 grams of carbs per meal. They are sacrificing for the sale of body-recomposition. You live life drained, unfocused, and miserable! Training is a chore…yuck. I know because before Anabolic Pump, I needed to consume 20grams per meal to lose fat. I sacrificed hard earn muscle and dreaded the gym.

    You can increase your carbohydrate consumption by 100% to 40 grams and lose more fat than the previous 20grams…while maintaining muscle. Your energy levels will sky rocket. Your gym hours become intensely productive. I recommend staying at 40 grams for a few weeks to gauge progress.

    You can slowly increase your carbohydrates by 10 grams per meal and STILL lose fat. You will notice a new leaner physique in the mirror. With the addition of more carbohydrates, you been sparring amino acids and have been slowly increasing protein synthesis (new muscle). Again, I would keep carbohydrates at 50 grams for a few weeks to gauge progress.

    I currently bulk at 200grams of carbohydrates, Should I increase carbohydrates?


    No, you just need to implement Anabolic-Pump into your diet as recommended by the label. You should evaluate your diet for 2 weeks to gauge Anabolic-Pump's effects and then slowly add carbohydrates into your diet.

    If you gain a slight amount of fat on 200grams of carbohydrates without Anabolic-Pump, you should fully expect to halt all fat gain and possibly burn fat. You need to find your sweet spot.

    Should I add complex or simple carbs?


    You should use complex carbohydrates like oatmeal, buckwheat, wheat pasta, sweet potato.

    I currently use Simple sugars or fast digesting carbohydrates like Waxy maize starch and matlodextrin post workout (after a workout), should I eliminate these types of carbohydrates while using Anabolic-Pump?

    No. Keep your post workout nutrition exactly the same for 2 weeks to gauge progress. After 2 weeks increase carbohydrate content by 10 grams and gauge progress for another 2 weeks and repeat the process until you find the sweet spot.

    Can you provide a sample nutrition plan for when I bulk and when I cut?

    This is incredibly difficult because every nutrition plan is user unique. In USPLabs style, we provide all the tools necessary to make the significant progress.     3 grams fish oil
    Multi vitamin

    1 cap Anabolic Pump (12:15 pm)

    Meal 2 (pre workout meal) at 12:30
    50 grams protein (2 whole eggs 5 egg whites 25 grams micellar casein)
    50 grams carbohydrates (2 pieces wheat toast and 1 cup of oat cereal)
    10 grams of fat (8 from eggs yold and 2 from fish oil caps)

    2:30 workout

    1 cap Anabolic Pump 2:45 Pm

    Meal 3 Post workout meal
    60 grams oat meal
    50 grams Protein (25 grams whey concentrate or isolate and 25 grams Micellar Casein)
    3 grams fish oil

    Controlled Labs Orange Traiad has 100 mgs of ALA in it. This is an insulin miniker. Does 100 mgs of ala per day effect results while taking AP?

    i work out around 830 average in the morning how do you suggest me taking anabolic pump cause it is kind of confusing taking it an hour before i workout cause of breakfast and then working out so soon so i just wait on taking another dose after the workout with my post workout meal and take the last dose in mid day?

    It is optimal if you do the following:

    6:30 AM - Wake and take Anabolic Pump

    6:45 AM - Eat a meal containing 60 g of complex carbohydrates and ~30 g of protein.

    8:30 AM - Workout

    So if one were cutting, it's okay to use AP, correct? I would dose it three times per day, once in the morning, once in the afternoon, and once at night for 30 days. Does dosing it at night have any effect on sleep?

    Is 40 grams enough at AP sittings? I would like to consume about 200 grams of protein per day.

    Would running clen have any adverse effects on the AP?

    Great addition to cutting. Doesn't effect sleep. 40 grams is fine. Clen will not hurt the AP as far as I know; I would be more concerned with my heart personally.

    It would not hurt, no. I'm unsure of the particular dosages with LX, but as far as I know the formula should not conflict in any major way.

    How long does it take to start feeling the effects of AP? I've taken two today and haven't felt the "pump" yet, but today is only my first day with this compound. I will dose once more, tonight before dinner, which will consist of brown rice and beef stew.

    It all depends on individual body chemistry; mostly, do not be afraid to stray from bottle recommended dosages and timing. AP is a supplement of timing and experimentation. Also, begin with the carbohydrate sources you have reacted most favorably to historically. This will ensure you're adapting properly.

    Not sure of which CHO I react to most favorably, I guess maybe oats? I'll try that tomorrow for breakfast.

    As for dosages, I'm going to keep it at 3 caps/day because I want this to last 30 days. I hope the effects start to kick in at least this week. I will keep you guys updated and probably ask more questions in the next couple days

    As for timing, is 15 minutes the typical time to wait before eating a CHO-rich meal? Also, if I only have about 200 grams of CHO a day, should I still get the benefits from AP, as long as the majority of those CHO are being taken with my AP meals?

    Begin with 15 minutes, and gauge your response from there. You may need more or less time for the Anabolic Pump to take effect; as I said, Anabolic Pump is a supplement of learning and experimentation - once you find that 'sweet spot', it is quite effective.

    just a few things i want to double check before i buy this product. ive researchde it a bunch but sometimes i need direct answers from people. so basically any kind of cutting diet without carbs wont work with AP? and will AP work well with Leviathan Reloaded?

    Aha it's probably just hypoglacemia or however you spell it. That shizzle is no fun. Suppose it will be ok if i carb up when am on it....which is what i'll be doing

    This is caused by your blood sugar levels dropping too low aka hypoglycemia. It is not a fun side effect at all, actually lol

    You need carbohydrates with Anabolic Pump in order for it to work.

    AP would work with Leviathan Reloaded but make sure that you take them at the same time.

    alright great Dex. and thanks for the that huge list of foods that would be alright for me to eat while on these 2 supps. but im a little curious as to why it's best to take the AP and the LR at the same times during the day.?

    Can AP be takin while on PCT? I just finished a 4 week cycle of Methyl1D and now am taking Formadrol and Psarm for a PCT.
    I have a bottle of AP but should i wait until after PCT to start on it?

    BTW, I plan on bulking at least 2 more months before cutting if that makes a difference.

    I think AP is a great supplement in an environment attempting to reboot one's HPTA. Not only due to its GLUT4 translocation, but also its anti-lipogenic and anti-cholesterolemic functions.

    11th day, not noticing anything. I've tried waiting different times, anywhere from 10-75 minutes. I've tried various amounts of complex carbs, anywhere from 35-70 grams, still nothing.

    Anything else I can do to hopefully feel the effects of this supplement?

    Even if the supplement negates any negatives associated with said simple carb? You will avoid insulin spikes, insulin resistance and weight gain that accompany them when precipitated by AP.

    I am a no sugars advocate myself ... well, I was before trying them with AP. FWIW

    I picked up a couple bottles each of P-Slin and AP... DAMN! Amazing stuff! I had a really nice run with it before and wasn't afraid to abide by and trust the instructions that say : (P-Slin) "Use 60-100 grams of carbs" & (AP) "Use atleast 40 grams of complex carbs"... whatever... outstanding results manifested themselves from the first dose of each! No exaggeration!
