Just wondering, I looked for a FAQ but couldn't find one and the label also didn't mention anything. Or is this something I can take perpetually?

Not required to cycle but taking a break every couple of months is a good idea.

^^^^ Agreed. A case for quite a few supplements. This will stop the body getting used to a certain product so to speak and helps keep the product effective.
