Prime - two caps three times a day with food; optional three more caps 30 minutes preworkout on empty stomach
Anabolic Pump - one cap 15 minutes before meals containing at least 30 grams of complex carbs; two caps a day for first seven days, three caps a day after that
PowerFULL - three caps 30 minutes preworkout at least an hour after eating; two caps before bed on an empty stomach
