1 Hour Pre-Workout
1 Pslin & 1 Anabolic Pump
2 Scoops Protein
80 grams Waxy Maize
10 grams Creatine Mono
Post Workout
1 Pslin & 1 Anabolic Pump
2 Scoops Protein
4 Scoops Xtend
80 grams Dextrose
