10 Plasmajet caps(about 1.5 hr prior) Never tried it, want to.
1.5 scoops Jack3d
1 Scoop L-Glutamine
1 Scoop AXCell(BCAA)
I will be back soon!! Probably pumped out of my mind... I'll keep everyone posted!!
wow! I'm not sure my stomach would be able to handle that. Hope it works out for ya. Let us know.
you gotta tally up the cost of that preworkout for us!
that is kinda scary...i've been added 2 grams citrulline malate to my 2 scoops jack3d and thought "hell yeah super jack3d!" but thats def a heavy hitter u got going
Haha!! I didn't think anyone would really calculate that. Nice!! Well, that workout was IN-SANE... Was Chest day, typical of a monday, but this week is my GVT week. Chose dumbbell presses and incline dumbbell flys.. I pushed my body to the absolute limit. The whole workout, the pump and the strength were on POINT.
Most noticable was the mental focus!! A red-hot laser! No, a blu-ray!! I kept wanting to drive more weight and crank up the sweat, but my body actually gave out first. The addition of the AXCell and Glutamine post-workout felt really good as well.
Best 7 dollar workout I ever had!!
I heard meth works even better and can be had cheaper.
I love plasma jet
It's actually not that bad. I got the fruit punch and tried it by itself with some water, and it's OK. Better than most. Definitely drinkable. With the addition of Jack3d, it's quite tasty. It's like there's a party in my mouth, and everyone's invited .
On a side note, I do think AXCell is overpriced, even online. For what you get, you're much better off going with LG's BCAA/Glutamine powder, or that new one by VPX, I think it's called Power Shock or something.
That is, of course, until USP's rumored BCAA supplement comes to fruition. I'm all over that one baby!
im starting to read up on the quality of the BCAA source and some companies use better raw materials to derive there BCAA's then others
so depending on the company it may be worth a few extra bucks
touche i will admit purity is king
Raw materials gives me piece of mind that im not taking in something that was once a dead cat on the side of the road.
