ive never took powerfull as a standalone...i always stacked with prime so i cant tell u what powerfull gave me and what prime gave me.
But everyone is different so what I would gain on powerful vs someone twice as old as me vs you will all be different.
So the best yoy can do is try a bottle...get you diet and routine on point before starting, establish a baseline performance expectancy. Make a log of your progress for 2 or 3 weeks and then add in some powerfull.
I can tell you when i stack powerfull and prime my gains are unreal. Like its the closest ill ever getting hormonal like gains while staying natural.
Started at: 274 for 4 reps
Mid stack: 315 for 5 reps
End of stack: 365 for 2-3 reps
Overall max: 405
Start: 455 max
End of Stack: 525 max
Start: 405 for 5
Mid stack: 455 for 5
End: 500 for 2
Overall max 525
10 week stack

Ok let me re-phrase this..
At 17 your body is still undergoing a significant amount of development. You're testosterone levels are peaking and will continue to peak for years to come. So what you need now is nutrition to feed this development and stear it in the way of the goals you desire.
Prime and Powerfull are amazing supplement but you will not gain the max benefits so young. Being that your finishing up puberty ur gonna want to supplement your current diet with more protein and more nutrients. Simply getting your nutritional timing and intake to par will yeild great gains.
Adding to this if you add in creatine, BCAA, Glutamine, pre-workout of your choice, and a Post-workout of ur choice you can really sky rocket in strength without dropping the extra dough on these products.
But now flash foward to your 21..you have been lifting and training for years now, you got ur diet and routine and basic supplementation down to a science. Add in Prime, POwerfull and Anabolic Pump and you are ready for truly epic gains.
I took my first supplement at the age of 19 after a lifetime of competitive sports and a year of hardcore lifting(or what was hardcore for me at the time). I remember it distinctly...i tried BSN NOxplode and Cell Mass with muscle milk. I then went on to try various Muscle Tech products hear and there like luekic, gakic, hydroxycut, thermogain. MRI was next with there black powders and super creatines blah blah blah. By age 20 i stuck to basics....tried some biotest Surge, flameout, and creatine mono. I cna go on to name all the little brands i tried and why i am givign u the advice i am now but you'r eprobably thinking that i should shut up...so ill cut to the chase.
I took Prime for the first time around my 21st birthday along with my first dose of anabolic pump. My diet wasnt quite to par....fast forward round a year when my diet was far better and the gains from that stack are what u see above.
Rather then think...ehh it wont hurt? think what is most effective for my age and skill level. Dont waste time on popping pills like a pro when u still havent mastered when to eat and not eat carbs.

Complex carbohydrates - Brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potatos, wheat bread
Good fats - Extra virgin olive oil, almonds, peanut butter
You don't need to take any supplements except a basic protein shake. Do that and eat the above food and work hard in the gym and you will get big.

Alright bro the fact u are asking this in all seriousness and looking for help only re-affirm my above post.
What foods should you be eating?
There are 3 main macro-nutrients that comprise what you eat: fats, carbs, proteins. Adding to this there is fiber, vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, and so on. Your diet need be including all these.
Everyday you have to make sure you have eaten: Quality meat, quality carbs, healthy fats, fruits, and veggies.
Carbs are categorized by their effects on your blood sugar levels. The simpler the carb the faster it spikes up your blood sugar the faster it is stored and the faster it can be converted to fat b/c glycogen stores are maed out. This is what the glycemic index is all about....it rates carbs in order of those that will spike ur insulin /blood sugar levels way up t those who have minor effects on blood sugar and in turn you can burn off slowly and store less. You want to stay away from high glycemic, simple carbs like white breads and what not.
Meat is gonna be your friend...a good mix of red meat, white meat, and fish will do you a whole lot of good. Red meats give u saturated fats which help boost test levels. Add in some good fats (monosaturated, polyunsaturated, omega 3,6,9's etc) and your sex hormones and other bodily functions will stay at its peak.
Veggies are amazing source of fiber and goodies that are great for you. Fruits are high in anti-ox and are a healthy source of simple sugars u can use before you go and workout.
What kind of carbs should you be eating:
Whole grain brown rice
Whole grain pasta's
Whole grain breads(ezekial bread)
Beef(all kinds of beef...steak, ground, sirloin, lean... go nuts)
Chicken(dark meat and white meat)
Wild game if you can afford it
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This is not an all inclusive list but its like... day 1 of a how to eat 101 class.
You need to research on ur own...look up the logs and diets of seasoned lifters....Snagency, DreamWeaver, MrKleen73(to name a few)...Just looking and lurking on these guys logs you learn so much about how to eat
Guys closer to my age: Borobulker, Andrew72(again to name a few)...specifically boro b/c he really works on building gorilla like strength and power. Andrew is an amazing athlete with ridiculous strength so he is def worth studying how he can down 8000 calories and maintain a low body weight and body fat percentage.
I mean if you get to the point where you looking up how to eat like you look up porn then in a couple of years you may say supps are all sh*t and diet is key. But at that point is when you can use supps and get amazing gains that people will swear your on steroids...but it will be all natural.

what are good supplements i should be taking and the timming window of them like what time of day should i take them and how much that type of thing!?
02-18-2010, 08:08 PM
let me recomend this...no supplements for now
Why? You will learn to rely on them. The most i would say is ok is a standard Whey protein blend that can be taken when extra protein is needed...say post work out...or when ur in a rush and dont have time to cook.
All The Whey is cheap and effective.
A year from today add in some supplements beyond whey...but during that entire year...research...research...r esearch....
Start basic...work your way up.
For now think of food like supplements...picture a steak like a lb of muscle ur adding to ur body.
As far as nutritional timing....bro there is so much info on that...but the important is start with basic concepts u can find in books and online and then start structuring the basics around ur individual biology till u find ur sweet spots

i know some stuff on supplements my diet isnt that bad i think its pretty good for a high school kid im pretty stric with it ive ben lifting good since i was 15 nd i was just asking and wondering for tips you know
02-18-2010, 11:11 PM
Yeah i hear you, the best thing u can do is start making meticulous notes on ur diet and training and use that as a point of reference so it allows u to evolve.
Keep asking around and browse some of the logs of those guys i told u about and ull get lot of pointers simply by following their logs.
