Mr. FedEx man brought me my first nutraplanet order from the New Year's sale...which only means one thing.
It's officially time to start the recomp/cut log.
This will be my first detailed log, and will be a much needed learning experience for me.
A little foreword: Dosing and calorie suggestions are all welcome.
The first week or so I will continue to research and tweak my dosages of what I'll be running. If you feel you have a worthy idea, feel free to chime in! I'm here to learn.

First and foremost the DIET:
Occasionally I'll hook up some pics.
I will be carb AND calorie cycling. The first couple of weeks have been something such as:
SUN/MON/TUE/WED/THU/FRI/SAT
Low/Mod/High/Low/Mod/High/Mod
Calories USUALLY will never go below 2,000, I feel that with OEP, AP, and Prime, there is just no need to drop that low.
But also will never go over 3,000
Average is 2,200-2,400
95% clean. A cheat every once in a while, because A) i'm a college kid and B) to keep the metabolism burning
Meals can be anywhere from 3-6 times a day. I'm learning where that balance is between fat loss while building muscle.
This coincides with my training schedule
Monday- Push - power/heavy/low rep
Tuesday- Pull/Legs - power/heavy/low rep *Legs are in their own scheme
Wed- OFF
Thursday- Push - Hypertrophy ranges/varied 8-12 reps (*sometimes 15-20)
Friday- Pull/Legs- ^ ^ ^ ^
*Legs may be trained for power, however usually i just train them for 8-12 reps and change exercises between Tuesday and Friday. I've recently added front squats in and I'm falling in love with them.
On to Supplementation:
the staples are obvious- Fish oil 8-10 grams a day, MultiV, Whey, creatine mono.
OxyElite Pro - 2 per day
Anabolic Pump - before large carb meals
Prime - 6 caps per day ED (wish i could megadose, DAMN YOU Dreamweaver and Snag!!)
CEL's Formestane- Now i originally planned to pulse this at 100 mg MWF, but maybe just run it for 4 weeks straight *PLEASE GIVE ME OPINIONS
USPowders Bulk 1-carboxy- 1.6 grams pre-workout, and 800mg pre-bed (away from meals)
NP's Maca - 2-3 grams a day
NOW's Fenugreek 2-3 grams a day 5 on 2 off (M-F)
NP's Muira Puama- 800-1000mg 1-3x's daily. *Also give opinions on this
and RPN's renegade for fun!!
Goals:
Rip off that body fat!
Maintain and possibly add lean mass
Goal date : Spring break, 2nd week of march.
